As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our educational programs and services in the Delhi NCR area. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining databases, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate all operational activities related to our educational programs in Delhi, NCR.
2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Manage logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
