Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions using online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
2. Support the scheduling of interviews and coordination of candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
3. Participate in initial candidate interviews and assist with the evaluation of candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
4. Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
5. Contribute to the maintenance and organization of candidate databases and recruitment files.
6. Collaborate with the HR manager to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
7. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, file management, and other tasks related to recruitment activities.
