We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our talented team at Windzard Technologies Private Limited! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities
2. Hire candidates' requirements for the suitable job roles
3. Provide recruitment end-to-end solution
4. Work on requirements, screen the candidates, and do the primary interviews
5. Work on onboarding and joining process
6. Work on salary packages for the candidates
7. Do salary negotiation with candidates
The average incentive offered along with the stipend is 10,000.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd May'24 and 6th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
