We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern to join our team at Sarika Sabharwal company. As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
2. Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about our offerings
3. Maintain a database of client interactions and update it regularly using MS-Excel
4. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
7. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends
